1 lb. hamburger 1 small onion 3 cups tomatoes 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 cup uncooked rice salt and pepper to taste 1 medium zucchini 1/4 lb. Tillamook cheese
Instructions:
Brown hamburger and onion (chopped), and drain fat. Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, pepper, and rice. Cook until rice is tender. Add zucchini (chopped) and cheese (cut up)and pour into a casserole.
