5 - 8 slices bacon, chopped 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 1/3 to 1 1/2 cups minute rice 1 medium onion, chopped 8 eggs soy sauce | |

Instructions: |
Fry chopped bacon, onion and pepper and pour off grease. Add eggs and scramble. Fix rice according to package directions and add to scrambled mixture. Add soy sauce to taste. Mix together well. Finished rice will have a light brown coloring. Makes approximately 4 large servings as main dish. |
