|This was basic recipe. I used pork sausage and only used about half as much, used a scant half as much of the cloves, ground up onion with the ham, a little garlic (dried minced), and a little pepper.
Toasted bread to make it very dry and then put it through the blender. Beat egg, then added milk and beat -- added bread crumbs to this and the garlic, brown sugar. Also used a little more milk.
