1/3 cup chopped pimiento 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups cooked macaroni 4 tbsp. grated cheese
Instructions:
Saute onion in butter 5 minutes, add flour and blend well. Stir in milk slowly as for white sauce, then add cream and cook until smooth and thick. Add fish, pimiento and seasonings. Place alternate layers of macaroni and the creamed fish mixture in greased baking dish, bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees, about 25 minutes, sprinkle with the cheese and brown for 5 minutes longer.
