|1 pound sirloin cubes or round cubes|
2 green peppers
1 jar boiled onions
|Clean and slice peppers in 1 inch chunks.|
Boil for a few minutes the peppers; drain and cool.
Cut tomatoes in 8ths. Cut meat in bite size pieces. Put everything on skewer. Brush on barbecue sauce.
Cook on barbecue or under broiler until meat is cooked. About 10 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes. Add sour cream with chives, or dip.
