Waffles or Pancakes
Pour waffle or pancake batter from a pitcher. It's easier and quicker then dropping by spoonfuls or with a ladle.
For Animal pancakes, drop batter in circles for the body and add smaller amounts of batter for head, legs and tail as fancy dictates.
For dessert pancakes, fold 1 cup well-drained, fresh, frozen or canned blueberries into the batter. Sprinkle baked cakes with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, or top with sour cream.
Try adding instant potato flakes to your batter. Adds nutrients and tastes great!
