Chicken with lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 small onion
1/4 tsp. salt
|Put chicken (skinned and cut up) in a pot with water and a little salt. Steam the chicken (don't seal the pot) for 20 minutes on low heat. Put chicken parts in pan. Add parsley, salt, and onions.|
Put foil over pan and bake at 375 degree for 1 hour. Turn oven to 400 degree. Take cover off and pour a generous amount of lemon juice over chicken. Bake 10 minutes longer and then baste. Then add more lemon juice and bake 10 more minutes. Serve.
