Ingredients: |
1/2 stick pepperoni, sliced thin 3 large green peppers, cleaned and sliced 3 potatoes, sliced thick 1 good sized onion , sliced small can tomatoes little oil | |

Instructions: |
In a big frying pan with very little oil (only enough to line the pan) add sliced potatoes, sliced peppers, and sliced onions.
On a low gas fry lightly for about 10 minutes. Add small can tomatoes and sliced pepperoni.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 1/2 hr. to 45 minutes. |
