Mayonnaise Cake | |

| Ingredients: | |
| 1 cup white sugar 1 cup real mayonnaise 3 tbsps. cocoa 2 cups flour | 2 tsps. soda 1 cup hot water 1 tsp. vanilla Dash salt |
| Instructions: | |
| Cream sugar, mayonnaise and cocoa. Add soda, vanilla, salt, and hot water. Stir in flour. Beat until well mixed. Put into greased and floured 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degree for 35 to 40 minutes. Ice as desired. | |
