Ingredients: |
2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups salad oil 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 cups flour | 1 tbs. vanilla 3 tsp. cinnamon 3 cups grated carrots 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs |

Instructions: |
Mix all ingredients and bake in angel food cake pan at 350 degree for 1 hour or more. Cool upside down for 1 hour.
Icing:
1 stick butter 6 ounces cream cheese 3/4 box powdered sugar. 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup ground pecans.
Cream together. |
