Chicken Layer Casserole |

Ingredients: |
1 cup raw rice (not instant) 1 fryer chicken 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can liquid | |

Instructions: |
Brown chicken in frying pan. Layer all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake in 350 degrees oven until the chicken is tender, usually about 1 1/4 hours. Add a little more liquid if necessary.
