Hot Cheese Dip |

Ingredients: |
1 small onion, chopped 2 pounds hamburger 1 bunch green onions 1 can tamales and chilies 3 pounds Velveta cheese 3 pounds hot pepper cheese taco chips or rice | |

Instructions: |
Combine onion, hamburger (cook and drained, then crumbled), green onions, tamales and chilies in a crock pot. Set on low temperature and add velveta cheese and hot pepper cheese.
Ready when all cheese is melted. Stir often so cheese does not scorch. Leave in crock pot to serve warm. Serve with taco chips for a dip or over rice for a casserole. Keep leftovers in refrigerator or may freeze. (Add milk to thin). |
