Vegetable / Bacon Quiche |

Ingredients: |
Bacon 1 1/4 cups cheese, grated 4 eggs salt pepper 1 1/4 cups whipping cream 1/2 cup milk 8 inch pie crust Broccoli or Spinach, well-drained | |

Instructions: |
Put bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled) and cheese over bottom of pie crust. Beat eggs until blended, then mix well with cream and milk. Place cooked vegetable over bacon and cheese, then pour egg mixture over whole.
Bake 325-350 degree, 40 minutes or until firm. |
