Zucchini Fritters |

Ingredients: |
3 eggs, beaten 1/3 cup Bisquick 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbs. canned milk salt, pepper and (garlic powder, optional) 3 slices bacon, diced and fried 1 medium ground zucchini (about 3 cups) | |

Instructions: |
Mix all together and fry. Fritters will be runny but will cook well. I use my grill set at 350 degrees. I also pulled up the running egg and it worked good.
I tried freezing the left over fritters on a cookie sheet. I warmed it slowly in a fry pan. It was delicious. So these can be frozen for winter use. |
