|Cut Wonton skins into 1/4 inch strips, separate and fry in oil, drain. Skin and cook chicken and then cut into small pieces. Break lettuce into small pieces.|
Mix together vigorously, sugar, salt, salad oil, and seasoned rice vinegar. Mix chicken, water chestnuts, onions, sesame seeds and sugar mixture together. Just before serving, mix chicken mixture with lettuce, then toss in wontons.
