| Ingredients: | |
| 2 tbsp. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 cup strained tomatoes 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1/2 cup minced mushrooms 1 1/2 cups brown sauce | |
| Instructions: | |
| Cook onion and butter about 5 minutes, add tomato and seasonings, cook until thickened. Add mushroom and brown sauce, reheat and serve. | |
