Pirch fillets salt pepper lemon juice butter tomato
Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Lay on a well-greased broiler or in a well-greased shallow pan. Broil until lightly browned on top, turn carefully, brush with melted butter and broil second side. If fillets are thick, lower broiler to let fish cook until tender. Serve garnished with sections of tomato.
