Ingredients: |
2 cups flour 1 tbs. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt | 1/3 cup shortening 1 cup cut-up cheese 3/4 cup fluid milk |

Instructions: |
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in shortening with a fork or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly. Stir in cheese and milk. Drop dough from tbs. on greased baking pan. Bake at 450 degree (very hot oven) about 15 minutes until lightly browned. |
