Mint Stuffing:
4 cups soft bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. sage 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. minced onion 1 egg 1/2 cup melted butter 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves | |

Instructions: |
Sprinkle boned leg of lamb inside and out with salt and pepper. Stuff, place on rack in pan. Roast, uncovered, in moderate oven, 350 degrees, allowing about 30 minutes per pound.
Stuffing: Mix together and stuff in lamb. |
