Ingredients: |
4 fresh tomatoes 4 bunches green onions 3 medium onions 1 tbs. powdered cumin 3 small bunches cilantro 2 tbs. salt | 2 tbs. pepper (coarse ground) 4 large garlic cloves 2 21-oz. cans stewed tomatoes 1 medium size zucchini; if available 4-5 jalapeno peppers, chopped |

Instructions: |
Combine all ingredients except fresh tomatoes and green onions in a blender. Set aside. dump into a glass container. Use Only Glass Container And Wooden Spoons. Dice green onions and tomatoes into mixture.
Makes 2-3 quarts. Store in refrigerator for long time. |
