2 cups celery, diced 2 bunches of young beets 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper | |

Instructions: |
Cook celery in boiling salted water until tender. Cook, peel and dice beets. Make a sauce with remaining ingredients. Heat the vegetables with sauce and serve. |
