1 cup milk 1 cup dairy sour cream 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1 can cherry pie filling (1 lb. 6 oz.) slivered almonds 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3 5/8 oz. or 3 3/4 oz. pkg.)
Instructions:
Combine milk, sour cream and almond extract; then add pudding, mix and beat until well-blended and creamy, approx. 2 minutes on low speed. In parfait glass, alternate layers of pudding mixture and cherry pie filling.
Chill at least two hours. If desire, parfaits may be garnished with slivered almonds. Makes 6 parfaits.
