3/4 pound ground beef 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 cup (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup mayonnaise 8 manicotti, cooked, drained 1- 16-oz. spaghetti sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano Parmesan cheese | |

Instructions: |
Brown meat and garlic; drain fat. Blend next 4 ingredients in bowl; stir In meat. Fill each manicotti with 1/4 cup filling. Place manicotti in single layer in 10 x 6 x 3/4 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with any remaining filling. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake 325 degree for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes. |
