Mix first two ingredients, beat until creamy. Add cornstarch, then beat. Add honey then beat . Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one.
Crust: 2 cubes soy butter 4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
With hands, mix until it holds together and press into 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Prebake about 5 minutes. Bake cheesecake at 350 degree for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until almost set.
Spread with topping: 3 tbs. honey 1 pint sour cream 1 tbs. corn starch
Mix until creamy. Put back in oven for about 20 minutes.
