1 1/2 qts. oysters 2 cups cooked diced celery Crumbs 1/2 cup cream Salt and pepper Butter
Place crumbs, oysters and celery in layers in greased baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper, dot generously with butter. Pour over all the cream and any oyster liquor left over. Cover with buttered bread crumbs, bake in hot oven, 450 degrees, until golden brown. Serve hot.
