Sunflower Seed Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar (or honey) 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 cups flour 3/4 tsp. salt 3 cups oats 1 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add the rest, except seeds. Mix gently and add seeds into long 1 1/2 inch rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 250 degree about 10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cool and store in a tight container.
