Swedish Cabbage Casserole |

Ingredients: |
1/2 pound lean hamburger 1/2 pound ground pork 1 head cabbage 1 cup bread crumbs 1 egg Salt and pepper, to taste 2 tbs. maple syrup cracker crumbs (optional) | |

Instructions: |
Chop and fry 1 head cabbage until wilted but not cooked through. Add maple syrup. Mix together remaining ingredients in a bowl. Layer in casserole dish the two mixtures and top with cabbage layer. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs (optional).
Bake at 375 degree for approximately 1 hour. |
