2 slices bread 1- 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground pork 2 eggs 1 cup canned, drained tomatoes 1 small onion, cut in quarters
2 stalks celery, cut in 1 pieces 6 sprigs parsley 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put meat in bowl. Crumb bread and add to the meat in bowl.
Put remaining ingredients into blender and chop vegetables. Pour over the meat and crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Pack into a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
