1- 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch thick cubes 1- 12-ounce jar sweet cherry peppers 2/3 cup catsup 1- 16-ounce can whole potatoes, drained 2 medium carrots, cut 1 1/4-inch pieces | |

Instructions: |
Combine 1/2 cup juice from peppers with catsup; add to potatoes. Cook carrots in boiling salted water until crisp and tender.
Remove potatoes from sauce. Thread steak and vegetable alternately on 6 metal skewers. Brush with sauce.
Grill 15 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce occasionally. Thread 1-2 sweet peppers on end of each skewer. Brush with sauce. Cook 3-5 minutes to desired degree of doneness. |
