Lamb Chop Grill

Other: Barbecue
  Yield/Servings: 6 servings
6 loin or rib lamb chops
salt and pepper
6 sausage links
6 tomatoes, stuffed with corn
cooked potatoes, sliced thick
Preheat broiling oven, setting regulator at highest point. Place 6 loin or rib lamb chops, cut 1 inch thick, on rack of broiler. Cook chops, adjusting heat so chops will not brown too quickly. When one side browns, season well with salt and pepper, turn. Place 6 sausage links on rack, 6 tomatoes stuffed with corn and about a dozen thick slices of cooked potatoes, sprinkled with cheese and topped with butter.

Continue cooking until all are done, turning sausages frequently. If broiler small, pace tomatoes and potatoes in separate baking dishes and cook in oven.
