2 tbs. flour 1 cup water 1 2-oz. can mushroom pieces 1 1/2 cups celery, cut 1 No. 2 can bean sprouts 3 tbs. soy sauce
Heat shortening in dutch oven. Add meat and brown lightly. Add onion and brown lightly. Stir in flour, seasoning and water. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and cook one hour. Add celery and mushrooms and cook 15 minutes more. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve cover boiled rice.
