1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. mustard Paprika Sherry or Sherry flavoring Buttered bread crumbs
Cook fish with onion in boiling salted water until tender; drain and flake. Make sauce of butter, flour, and milk; carefully add eggs, cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat, stir in halibut, seasonings, and pour into buttered casserole, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
