Ingredients: |
1 jar peppers (1 qt.) 1 cup plain bread crumbs 1 can flat anchovies, mashed (use oil also) 1 clove garlic | 2 slices prosciutti 3 slices Italian cappacola olive oil water to moisten |

Instructions: |
Dice ingredients and add to bread crumbs. Core and stuff peppers or mushrooms.
Put in covered pan and bake 375 degrees; 30-45 minutes or till peppers are shiny. |
