Ingredients: |
1 cup heavy cream 2 pieces thin orange rind, 1/2-inch x 3-inch 1/3 cup orange juice 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt | |

Instructions: |
Put all ingredients into blender, cover and process at whip until thick.
Pour into 1 quart freezer container and freeze firm.
Variations: Substitute frozen concentrated lemonade for orange juice, omit orange rind. |
