Freezer Pizza Dough

925Bread/Rolls
   
Ingredients:
3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups warm water
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup warm water
1 tbs. yeast
 
 
Instructions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup warm water. Mix well. Pour 3 tbs. Wesson Oil over the lump of dough and knead in bowl. Let rise about 2 hours. Punch down and let rise again. Roll into pizza circle and bake at 425 degrees for 6 minutes. Then wrap and freeze. Before you take dough out of freezer, preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare all ingredients you want on your pizza. Take pizza out of freezer and put on ingredients. Bake for 6-7 minutes. Makes 3 pizzas.
