Stuffed Vinegar Peppers or Mushrooms - Hot!
|1 jar peppers (1 qt.)|
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 can flat anchovies, mashed (use oil also)
1 clove garlic
|2 slices prosciutti|
3 slices Italian cappacola
water to moisten
|Dice ingredients and add to bread crumbs. Core and stuff peppers or mushrooms.|
Put in covered pan and bake 375 degrees; 30-45 minutes or till peppers are shiny.
